    We're bigger than just our team and we celebrate wins with our students at our Demo Days. It's a day where students share the fruits of their labor and it's always amazing to see them realize what they've accomplished.

    What does professional development look like in your role at Momentum?

    As a small startup that has a great impact on individuals lives, we're challenged to do a lot each day. I manage the day-to-day operations of our main course and in addition to that, I contribute to our marketing efforts. I've learned a ton on the job and get to have a real hand in growing Momentum!

    What fun/interesting quirks are unique to Momentum?

    The people you work with change every few months! We get to know different groups of students throughout the year. It's a rare workplace where you get as involved as we do with our customers and get to know all sorts of people throughout the year.

    What's your favorite company perk?

    I foster dogs and get to bring some of my foster puppies to work with me! They help provide much-needed stress relief for our students!
