We are seeking a passionate and results-driven sales professional with new business development experience selling creative and/or consulting services to B2B / large enterprise customers. You will have an opportunity to enter the rapidly emerging Virtual and Augmented reality (VR/AR) industry at the ground-level, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. Eligible candidates should enjoy working with new technology, have strong consultative sales experience, and a “Challenger” skillset.   

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers at good-fit customer organizations through outbound and referral activities. 
  • Conduct demos and discovery meetings with prospective customers, working consultatively to understand business challenges and scope and propose appropriately tailored, custom VR/AR solutions.
  • Manage your pipeline according to the Lucid Dream sales process, effectively advancing deals from end-to-end to meet quarterly goals. 
  • Deepen and broaden relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with product team to generate creative project concepts and to ensure proposals are appropriately scoped and priced.
  • Create final project proposals, pitch decks, and solution options for prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing to help strengthen brand messaging, content marketing, and lead gen.
  • Provide ideas and feedback to leadership team to help continuously evolve and refine sales processes. 
  • Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas is not required, but will strengthen your application: Life Sciences / Healthcare / Biotech, Training / Learning & Development
