Description

FeedStation is hiring an Operations Assistant that will play a critical role in helping FeedStation streamline operations and accelerate client success. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, detail-oriented, and competent in using/learning new business systems.

As an Operations Assistant at FeedStation, you will report directly to the COO to perform general administrative tasks, while offering support for sales and customer success teams. This is an entry-level role with a number of opportunities for growth.

‍In order to succeed, you must have superior organizational skills, an aptitude to manage multiple processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with tight deadlines.

You will be asked to successfully execute assignments that are complex in nature with minimal guidance. A high degree of independent thinking, initiative, and autonomy are required in order to develop recommendations, solve problems and complete assignments. The incumbent is regularly called upon to complete special projects, organize complicated events and manage multiple tasks simultaneously all with a focus on high-quality outcomes.

Essential Functions
  • Provide day-to-day executive administrative support to the organization, including independently investigating, analyzing and recommending solutions to a broad range of issues.
  • Plan, arrange, and oversee all administrative, logistical, and hospitality aspects of executive meetings and conferences as well as making the necessary business travel arrangements and compiling and distributing materials as needed.
  • Assist in managing, planning, and organizing the senior executive officer's calendars. This includes working closely and effectively with the executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Assist in new client onboarding including new user setup, billing, and documentation.
  • On-boards new employees and interns, ensuring that they have system access, equipment, office accommodations, and tools necessary to be productive on day one of employment
  • Manages special projects as required, including, but not limited to the development of project plans.
  • The willingness to take on new responsibilities as the company needs change is a must.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma. Some college or specialized training preferred.
  • 1-3 years working in an office environment.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to quickly take on new challenges.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Google for Business product suites
  • Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of web-based applications. Experience in Atlassian and/or Hubspot is a plus
