Description

FeedStation is hiring a Client Success Manager to join our high-growth startup that is revolutionizing eCommerce for Automotive and Powersports sellers. In essence, we are a bunch of data nerds with a car problem.

The client success manager plays a critical role in overseeing new client implementations, developing long-term client relationships, and ensuring their successful utilization of the platform with the goal of client satisfaction, retention, growth, and reference-ability.

A successful candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience. A background working closely with developers and technical teams is essential. Experience at a startup or enterprise software company is ideal.

This role will allow the candidate many unique opportunities such as direct involvement in the design of our platform and hands on experience with emerging technologies such as big data and predictive analytics, behind the scene visibility into entrepreneurship, as well as active participation in the development of a company in its early growth stage.

Essential Responsibilities

Clients
Primary point of contact for clients, managing all project tasks and deliverables 
  • Run client meetings
  • Manage definition and shared understanding of client requirements
  • Track and report regularly on deliverables to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Measure and ensure client satisfaction and adoption
  • Support client satisfaction, success, retention, and renewal
Project Management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical resources
  • Experience with Sprint planning
  • Scrum master 
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and regularly connect with the team to ensure a shared understanding of expectations and deadlines
Other
  • Help organize user meetings/conference 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications 
  • Be a creative problem solver
  • Excellent time management
  • Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple complex problems and priorities 
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly earn the trust of clients 
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate at all levels: via oral, written, and visual formats
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with eCommerce or automotive aftermarket parts preferred
