CrossComm is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist that will regularly write and produce various types of content (e.g., blogs, social media content, email-marketing content, copy-editing) with consistent messaging in line with CrossComm values to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, storytelling ability, and project management skills in order to kickstart and consistently continue our content marketing efforts.
The Content Marketing Specialist will also work directly with the CEO and Director of Business Development to align our content marketing messages with our overall company values and business strategy. Joining an entrepreneurial environment rooted in a long-standing business built on a reputation of honesty, transparency, authenticity, and quality, this person will roll up their sleeves and collaborate seamlessly within the team. This individual will know how to prioritize certain marketing assets over others, will create a variety of marketing collateral and content, and will measure the effectiveness of marketing activities in order to pivot when necessary.
