Description

The Digital Solutions team is looking for someone to help manage a variety of digital projects to support a rapidly growing media company in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work within the Digital Solutions team; a team focused on the sales and fulfillment of all digital marketing products. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects through their full life cycle (from initial scoping to close-out). You'll partner closely with members of the fulfillment and account management team. 

You’ll also be responsible for delivering quality products within projected timelines and budgets while focusing on customer satisfaction. You’ll need to communicate with customers effectively and internal teams to ensure project success, address challenges and manage stakeholder’s expectations. You will also guide customers through campaign progress and process understanding. 

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing digital marketing projects
  • Carry out project kick-off meetings to gain an understanding of client goals
  • Participate in the development of project scopes and project alignment to ensure clarity and accountability of deliverables
  • Maintaining a clear communication cadence between internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide timely updates on project progress 
  • Oversee time spent by the project team on key projects
  • Develop and track project timelines to ensure achievement of key milestones
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and expectations
  • Report lessons learned, and deliver closeout reports to internal teams
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant project management experience
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques such as scoping, budgeting, contract management, vendor management, and risk mitigation
  • Broad understanding of digital marketing services such as web development, SEO, paid media advertising, social media, and email
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to translate requirements into a clear plan of execution
  • Experience working with a project management CMS
  • Ability to prioritize work requirements in a fast-paced environment
